GUJCET Counselling 2019
Gujarat Common Entrance Test is scheduled for 26th May 2019. and Result of same will release in June 2019. Once the list of qualified candidate’s list is released, GUJCET 2019 Counselling will commence. GUJCET 2019 Counselling is conducted to provide academic admissions in Participating Institutes. GUJCET Counselling is monitored by ACPC and seats are allotted strictly based on merit and preferences of the candidates. In other words, the committee will prepare a merit list of student names eligible for GUJCET Counselling and then allocate the Government and Management seats to those students based on their rank and preference.
GUJCET 2019 Counselling Procedure
The counselling procedure will require the candidate to purchase Information Booklet and PIN from the Kotak Mahindra Bank Branches. The counselling and seat allotment of GUJCET 2019 will be conducted by the authorities to provide undergraduate engineering admissions to eligible candidates. The listed steps will have to be followed to participate in the counselling session.
The procedure of GUJCET 2019 counselling will involve the following:
- Online Registration
- Document verification at helpline centres
- Filling choices of courses and colleges/institutions
- Allotment of seats in online mode
- Paying tuition fee in the prescribed mode
- Downloading of Allotment Letter
- Reporting to the allotted institute for admission formalities
Information Brochure & Fee Payment
Before filling the application form, the candidates will have to go to the designated branches of Kotak Mahindra Bank and buy the information booklet and PIN. Without the 14-digit PIN, the candidates will not be able to go ahead with the counselling registration.

Online Registration Form Submission
The registration for GUJCET 2019 counselling typically begins in the month of June for all the candidates (Gujarat Board / CBSE / ISCE / NIOS / IB / Cambridge students who have passed HSC Examination in Science Stream from Gujarat State) and who have received the PIN by making the payment of the prescribed counselling fee. The candidates have to fill online GUJCET 2019 registration form. In order to fill the form, the candidates will have to visit the official website and click on ‘Click Here For New Registration’ tab. Then the candidates will be asked to enter the following details:
- Course Name
- GUJCET 2019 roll number
- GUJCET 2019 application number
- User ID/ Serial No.
- 14 Digit PIN
- Name of the candidate as per GUJCET Mark Sheet
- Date of Birth
- The candidates will have to click on “Submit” after entering all of the above details.
The candidates will be required to indicate their preferences of courses and colleges in the online mode by using their registered credentials to log in. The candidates had to select any number of colleges and courses of their choice. Before filling the choices of colleges and courses, the candidates should be aware of the GUJCET 2019 participating institutes.
Document Verification for Counselling
After registering online, the candidates will be required to take a printout of the registration form and paste the passport size photograph and signature on it. The candidates will have to report at the helpline centres for document verification and submission of the registration form. The candidates who fail to submit their relevant documents within the time-limit will be considered for admission on the following conditions.
With the payment of Rs.5000/- to the admission committee ACPC, as the security deposit. The candidates can submit the documents within the period of five (05) working days. The amount of Rs.500 will be deducted and remain will be refunded to the candidates. In the event of failure of submission of original documents, their candidature will be cancelled.

- Physically handicapped certificate for PWD candidates

GUJCET 2019 Seat Allotment
The result of the allotment of seats as per the merit will be displayed on the official website. The candidates can visit the official website and check the seat allotment result by using their registered login credentials. The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of
- The GUJCET 2019 merit list,
- The category of the candidates,
- Availability of seats and
- Their preferences for colleges and courses.
Downloading the Allotment Letter
At this stage, the candidates will be required to download the provisional allotment letter by logging in using their registered credentials. The allotment letter must be submitted by the candidates while reporting to the allotted institute.
Paying the tuition fee after GUJCET 2019 counselling
The candidates are required to pay the tuition fee in the prescribed format. In order to make the payment of the prescribed fee, the candidates will have to log in and select the payment option available as per their preferences. If the candidates fail to pay the tuition fee, their candidature will be subjected to cancellation.
Reporting to the allotted college
After the GUJCET 2019 counselling session is successfully conducted and college have been allotted, the candidates will be required to report at the Institute for admission formalities. The candidates must carry their original documents and a set of photocopy of all these documents.
