In a case of unprecedented brutality in Budgam, a 45-year-old married carpenter has killed a 30-yr-old unmarried woman of Soibug at his home in Mohanpora (Ompora), l off her head, sliced the body into pieces and dumped the same at different spots.
@BudgamPolice have recovered all pieces of the body last night. This is the second murder in the neighbourhood of the district headquarters in a week. Police should act and people should co-operate in the investigation
